Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Product not delivered within the promised timeline
  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Order cancelled within the eligible cancellation period

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from approval.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: Refund will reflect in 5–10 business days (depending on the bank).
  • UPI Payments: Refund will be credited within 2–5 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Used or altered products
  • Services already availed

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited:
  • The amount will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • For duplicate payments:
  • The extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days upon confirmation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+4792ed27c4d948049bd2571a3b3a590a@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
